Il cliente, pertanto, è consapevole che la merce acquistata sarà garantita dal produttore e alle condizioni dallo stesso previste, ed accetta, quindi, rimossa ogni riserva, tutte le modalità di prestazione della garanzia del produttore, anche con riferimento, a puro titolo esemplificativo, del soggetto gestore della garanzia anche diverso da RD SOLUTION SRL.
Al fine di far valere la garanzia il cliente deve per legge:
- conservare e esibire lo scontrino di acquisto;
- denunciare il vizio entro 30 giorni dalla sua scoperta.
